Watchtower Holdings Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian Investment Holding Company established to participate in global equities in private companies that require expertise in growth and funding in Leisure, Finance, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Healthcare and Technology Innovation.

Watchtower focuses its expertise  by providing services through its vast network of International Partner in the areas of turnarounds, restructuring, cash management, growth financing, project finance, refinancing, business planning, and strategic planning.

The ethos for the Company is to create opportunity for long term investments with an active structure to ensure the sustainability of the venture thereby creating value for our partners and society.

Facing increasingly complex environment the company will focus on sustainability, digitalisation and market disruptors. The aim is to grow our investee companies through an engaged ownership structure whilst keeping the portfolio engaged and interesting to the changing dynamics of the consumer operating efficiently and effectively and ensuring financial flexibility and thereby creating value through sustained dividends.
